CS 2 Upgrade on new computer.

I have CS on my old computer and I just bought a new one. Is it necessary to put CS on the new computer and then CS2, or is there a way to load CS2 alone on the new one?
Any ideas greatly appreciated.

No. But you’ll probably need the CD during the install to verify your eligibility to so have it handy.
