PS 7.0.1 Error Type 10 after sleep in OS 9.2

I am running Photoshop 7.0.1 in OS 9.2

Every time my computer goes to sleep with Photoshop open, I get an "Error type 10" message that forces me to restart. I have wiped my HD clean and rebuilt the system and the same thing is still happening. Any ideas out there?
