Problem with using the Healing Brush with a Graphics Pad in CS2

I am having a problem with using the healing brush tool in CS2 (Not the spot brush). I use a Medion Graphics pad and I am unable to set the healing brush to size by pen pressure. When it is set that way in the ‘right click’ menu, a warning triangle is grayed out and it does function properly.

Now in CS, it works fine. Is there a setting that I am missing in CS2 that will allow the healing brush to size to pen pressure? I like CS2 a lot but this is a deal breaker for me. Thanks for the help.
