Can’t download 30 day free trial of Photochop CS2

I can’t download 30 day free trial of Photochop CS2, when i trty to install it, i put my username in the little box, and i check the box that says 30 day free trial, but then it tells me i need a valid serial number. is there an easy explanation? please help!
