Best way to remove CS after upgrading to CS2?

Is it safe to simply uninstall CS after upgrading to CS2?

Any advice on what to do appreciated.

The safest way is to use the Windows Control Panel applet called "Add or Remove Programs".

Once you start seeing a dialog indicating that a Shared File has been found then I suggest that you choose the No option. Choosing Yes will probably mean that you’ll need to reinstall Photoshop CS2.

Thanks, Ian. The shared file issue was what was bothering me.

Guess I should have uninstalled CS first…to late now…spent too much time tweaking CS2 with plugins etc.

Tom. CS aint taking up too much disk space. If I were you I’d just leave it. You never know when you might need to go back to it for whatever reason.
