How do I import new fonts?

Greetings all,
Can someone give me the step by step proceedure for importing new/additional fonts into Photoshop CS2.
I am using WIN XP PRO SP2.
Additional specs below:

Chassis:NEXGEN / CPU: P4 Northwood 3.06GHZ
HDD:60 GB / Power Supply:350 Watt

Start->Control Panel->Fonts

Then go to "File-Install New Font."

Of course, you may want to consider a font management program, but based on your question, I don’t think you need it.
