Easy Question, but can’t find – Optimize Palette

Sorry, I’m sure this is simple. I’m trying to optimize a folder of images, but can’t locate the Optimize Palette (adobe help is showing me how to create a droplet using this palette, but can’t locate the palette anywhere)
I’m on Windows XP, Photoshop 6.0

Use the Save For Web applet (File|Save for web…). That’s where the optimize palette is – or, it may be referring to Image Ready.
