If I have 50 layers with a different 50×50 pic on each is it possible to automaticaly save them for web (jpg 100) and name them what their layer is named?

Option 1: If you have Photoshop CS there’s an Adobe-provided script ("Export layers to files") that might be what you’re looking for. For more info open the following link and do a search on “Export Layers to Files”: < http://www.devarticles.com/index2.php?option=content&tas k=view&id=822&pop=1&page=0&hide_js=1>

Option 2: Use ImageReady’s File > Export > Layers as Files

If you have PS7 or earlier, this could be semi-automated using an action. It would not be "hands off" and would require typing the layer name into into the File > Save as… dialog, but it would most likely be easier/faster than doing the entire process one layer/file at a time. E-mail me (click name above) if you’re interested in this action.
