Just verified this. Under windows, I launched Adobe Gamma, choose Control
Panel mode. Then chose "load" and selected the ICC profile I had previously made with Optical.
I then resaved the profile with a different name and it fixed my problem.
Which was adobe gamma being applied to my correct profile thus _WAY_ over saturating all colors. Good skin tone was "go to the dr right now!" sunburn color.
This was never an issue with CS, this is the first color cal I have done
since CS2 upgrade.
Also be warned that the installer snuck Adobe Gamma into my "Startup"
folder with out any mention of doing so. Lost about 3 hours thinking my spyder had died. 🙁
Didn’t the installation instruction that came with the spyder tell you to disable Adobe Gamma Loader (this is the program that does the evil deed)? Adobe Gamma relies solely on your eye being able to set the colors correctly.
