Need help! Photoshop not loading!

It happened for the first time. First of all it sais that it could not load interface fonts and didn’t loaded. The second time – It didn’t loaded completely. I can’t start it! Maybe sb knows!

1. Have you tried resetting your preferences per the Forum FAQs?
2. Do you have an excessive number of fonts active?
