I’m looking for what I guess would be a filter for Photoshop that would change an image so that it would appear 3D when using those old fashioned coloured (red and green???) glasses.

Does this exist anywhere (doesn’t have to be freebie!)

Do a search on Anaglyph. You will find a few possibilities.

I’ll bet you could create the effect yourself and create your own plugin at the same time by using this tutorial…

Instead of using Filter Factory which is no longer supported in OS X, use Filter Foundry.
