I’ve tried using the Gamma utility to calibrate the CRT but it doesn’t seem to have any effect. I’ve rebuilt the system and reinstalled PE V1 several times (for other reasons) and it still doesn’t seem to do anything.
Specifically moving the slider to get the center and rim of a square the same color has no effect.
Is there a lower limit to the RAM in the video card that will work with Gamma? The system has a Genoa 4 MB Phantom card.
