jpeg doesn’t save properly??

I am having an issue with dreamweaver and photoshop. I save a file in photoshop as a jpg and place it in dreamweaver and it shows up blank. The problem just started the last couple of days has been working fine previously. If I open the file up in fireworks and do nothing but save it again it shows up fine in dreamweaver. gif also works fine just a problem with jpg.
OS 10.3.4
Photoshop CS v. 8
Dreamweaver MX 2004 7.0.1
Any suggestions as to a fix?
