how to get guides to snap to pixel

Is there a way to get guides to snap to pixel when moving? It appears you can do this, but when zoomed-in the guides will sit between pixels and make my selections a pixel off — each side of the guide line will cause the selection will overlap each other.

have you tried zooming in one click, sometimes the distance is too small for the snap to work properly.
