Is it possible to make gif animations with pse2?, If so is there a tutorial on it?

I’ve never done it, but I seem to remember that GIF animation’s are done in Image Ready which is not part of PSE, but is part of PS full version.

Yes, I do it all the time for a web page.
Just open the gif and duplicate as many layers
as you will need to complete the animation.
Modify each layer as desired – and when you
are satisfied, do a "save for web". You will
see the animate check box – check it! and
if you want the animation to loop, be sure
to check the "loop" check box near the bottom. Adjust the timing as needed and be sure to
preview (use the preview icon) before you save
it. Oh, one more thing I learned the hard way…
the animation goes from the bottom layer to the
top – not from top down.
