uploading my pics. They look funny!

Whenever I upload pics the edges (on thing like people, animals etc.) The turn up wavered you know all watery. I even save them to web as JPEG in maximum form and everything. Nothing works! Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

Tasia,

I looked at your pictures and saw the saw tooth like edges you refer to. Do these still appear when you enlarge the image?
With me these saw tooths appear when the image is not at its maximum size.

No, not really I tried to do it smaller and bigger and different saving types (like gif, pdf, psd, etc.) Nothing works. But thanks
