I’ve been trying to rasterize a type layer, and have followed the instructions. One of several things keeps happening, either a.) I go to layers>rasterize>type and nothing happens. or, b.) I go to layers>rasterize and type is not highlighted, or c.) I go to layers and rasterize is not highlighted. I have tried selecting the type tool, the marquee etc and I can’t seem to get this to work as instructed by Photoshop Help. soo, please help!!!!

From your VERY meager description, one could surmise the text is already rasterized. It would be helpful to know details about your file (mode, color depth, numbers of layers, file format, size, pixel dimensions etc), your machine, RAM, exact versions of your OS and Photoshop…

Control-click on the type layer in the Layers palette. Select Rasterize Layer.
