Where again do I install Textures for Lighting Effects? v7 on Mac

DUUUUHHHHH!!!!

It looks like they would simply provide a stupid readme, but the readme says see other readme’s. Everytime I reinstall photoshop I forget, and can never find it discussed in the forums.
