Changing a color photo to a pencil drawing

I have a color photo of a persons face and I would like to make it look like it is a black pencil drawing. I tried the CS2 plug-ins and was not happy with the looks.
Does anyone know of a web site that tells how to do this change? Is there a good plug-in that can do this?
