Photoshop CS not recognizing my scanner?

I am operating 10.3.2
was on photoshop 7.0 and just loaded CS…now can’t find how to scan? before was going into: import— from Twain
I am using a Epson perfection 1250 scanner

The driver may no longer be compatible with either the Mac OS or Photoshop CS. See if you can find a later driver.
