I am trying to move about a dozen custom Picture Package layouts from a Mac to a PC. When I try and copy the .txt files over to the PC (via network) the text files open up with odd characters included with the package settings data. I think they are line-feed symbols or similar (Empty boxes, weird characters, etc..)

Anyone know how to get these transferred without getting these character changes. Thanks.

ZIP-compress themn before sending them across the network, then unZIP ’em on the PC.

Thanks Phos… I’ve tried that already – No luck there.

The files will transfer and work without a problem (the plugin doesn’t care about line endings).

But if you want to edit them on Windows, you’ll need a text editor that knows about line endings on other platforms.
