I am using windows XP2000. Dell computer. DSL connection. Downloaded the Adobe Photoshop Elements that came with my Visioneer Scanner. It is the 1.0 version. I have tried everything I can think of including clicking in windows– showing the tools/hiding the tools and the toolbox doesn’t come up anywhere. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Try clicking on reset palette locations under the window tab. That would be for Elements 2, not sure if one is the same.
