I cannot erase to transparent. If I use the background eraser it erases to a grey background. When I select file and new then select the transparent background it comes out as grey. Then when I try to erase it will only erase onto a grey background. What have I done? The layers palette shows it as grey, but the history palette shows it as transparent. Help. Thank You.
