Need Help getting CS LZW Compressed files into Powerpoint

Can’t get exported compressed Illustrator CS and Photoshop CS files to insert into MS Powerpoint—-what am I doing wrong? Earlier versions insert fine.

I always use JPGs or PNGs with PowerPoint.

That said, what happens when you try and what version of PowerPoint are you using?

And make sure the files are in RGB, IIRC, Powerpoint doesn’t accept CMYK files.

Older version didn’t. 2003 does but I think it converts it internally to RGB.
