Filter, Render, 3-D transform

I used to use a filter to create cubes that was found in earlier versions on Photshop. It was in the Filter; Render; and then the choice 3-D transform. I cannot find it in CS2. How do I get this filter back?

It was such a cr4p filter, I think they removed it to the "Goodies" folder on the installation CD in later versions. You have to add it to your plug-ins folder yourself – and take the consequences 😉
