I’m having this same problem. Imageready stores what layer or rollover state you were using last time you were in imageready. So when you exit on a rollover state you are escentially only changing the rollover state in photoshop. So if you make changes and then create a new slice set, that rollover is missing, and Imageready does not recognize your changes except for the new layers. We need to figure out a way to reset the normal state in Imageready to match photoshop.
