No Serial Number found

Bought an Olympus camera w/photoshop elements. Wants serial number to install software. Can’t find a number on disc, or disc envelope, or any where else. Have emailed both Adobe and Olympus, neither respond! Anyone have any ideas?

Rodney,

You need to call Olympus CS and have them assign you a serial number. That’s the way it is for bundled software, not Adobe’s responsibility.

I was hopeing someone who had bought an Olympus deal would chime in with where they found the serial number. Feel silly it was right in front of me and not seeing it!

It may be on the disk ( click on Explore in Windows, or on disc or envelope). It may have been left off the envelop. Do a search in Google for serial numbers and you should find what you want.
