I have files created in Photoshop 6.0 on a PC which I’d like to use on my new MAC running Photoshop CS2. How can these files be opened on the MAC?

Mac, not MAC.

The files are cross-platform. The issue that usually arises is when Mac users do not save with the three letter extension for PC users.
