I was working with this just two days ago with no problem. I haven’t installed any other software or updates and now all of a sudden, I go to start up PS7, it goes through all the initializations, gets to Initializing Color Preferences and then disappears. I NEED to get this up and running again. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks.

I’m new here and am looking for the FAQs but can’t seem to find them. Could you please point me in the right direction?

Carrie, back up one level from where you are reading this, so that you see "< Support < User to User Forums < Adobe Photoshop and ImageReady" near the top. In the large gray box, where you see "Before posting a question, click here," do that to get to the FAQ page.

You will find your answer near the top of the list of questions that folks ask frequently.
