Wasn’t there an option in PS CS to have a book printed? Or was it 7? What happened? I’m looking to print out a short line of coffee table books and not happy with Apple/Kodak books.

R.C., i have seen several books done by these folks,and was quite impressed with their accuracy. you need to apply with them,because they only work with pros,but maybe it would suit your needs.
