PROBLEM with activating/registering Photoshop

I am moving from a Powerbook to Macbook Pro…I just reinstalled the CS2 suite. I can get into ImageReady without a problem…BUT…clicking on PhotoShop I get the error message:

Your Adobe Photoshop user name, organization or serial number is missing or invalid. The application cannot continue and must now exit.

HOW DO I FIX WHAT? To get this working again!?!?

Did you deactivate the previously installed and activated copy of Photoshop on the old Powerbook?
