Tile Command Keyboard Shortcut

Anyone know a keyboard shortcut for the Window > Document > Tile command for both the Windows OS and Mac OS?

Also, in Windoze, the Tile command defaluts with the windows tiled next to each other horizontally, but in the Mac the default is with the windows tiled on top of each other. Any way to change the default behavior in the Mac to make the tiled windows go next to each other horizontally?
