Ha all,

wondering if anyone can shed some light on this.

My PS CS3 crashes every time i try to "save as", where it be keyboard command or from the drop down menu.

It saves just fine doing a regular save, but crashes every single time trying to do a "save as"

I’ve trashed my preferences, but that didnt seem to fix anything.

Any clues?

Thanks,
-los

Carlos,

Did you check for bad or duplicate fonts? Did you reset your Photoshop preferences (hold down Command + Option + Shift upon Photoshop launch until a message box appears)? Did you try logging onto your system as a new user?

A little more info about your setup would be helpful as nobody here is a mindreader.

Hi Neil,

Thanks for the quick response and tips

I had checked for bad or duplicate fonts…removed a few bad fonts….but still crashing

Reset the photoshop preferences as suggested…still crashing

Logged on as a new user…still crashing

I’m having I.T. re-install it soon…I guess we’ll see if that fixes it

Thanks

I am running CS2 and CS3 apps as not all ppl in the company have been upgraded to CS3 and I’m in the center of our workflow

It wasnt an issue with CS2 and prev versions
