I am developing some actio sets that I could potentially market as a product. I can restrict the initial installation, but is it possible to prevent the action sets being copied to several machines after installation?

They can easily be copied and transfered, you could even print out all the steps/details of all the actions.
You would need to create plug-ins or jsxbin scripts with security added to get any sort of protection.
