Cop Tool Spacing Increments

Is there a way to adjust the spacing incredment of the crop tool It appears to move in regular increments as opposed to a free flowing adjustment like PhotoDeluxe offers. Sometims I want to crop just a little pice but the way the tool moves, it can be either too much or not enough.

Hope I’m making this clear.

Turn off Snap to Grid.

at times too, if there are sizes typed into the boxes it will only crop to a degree.
