Hi Group,
I’m a rookie at this, and have a question about adding an effect to a layer, using Photoshop Elements 2. I have a file with 6 layers. I create a new layer, and add an effect – foreground color frame. When I do that, I get a message to click OK to "Flatten Layers". The result of this is that my prior 6 layers get compressed into 1 layer, and the effect creates two new layers – 1 for the frame, and 1 for the inside shadow of the frame.
Is there anyway to use an effect like this without losing the layers?
Thanks a lot for any help!
