Don’t know what I’ve done to it –
I open a new file, 800 x 700 px, 72 dpi, RGB 8 bit per channel. As soon as I click into the layers window I get an error message – "A number between 028% and 160000% is required. Closest value inserted." And then the screen resizes smaller…
Any idea whats going on?

Try trashing/Resetting Preferences as per the FAQs. I don’t know what’s going on but that may fix it.

Tried it, tried everything, can’t seem to get it to work right. Grr. Anyone got any ideas? Seems to be linked to the navigator, when I open any new work up its showing size at 6667% which makes no sense whatsoever, then it does this resize thing.
