Help with Print size

Can someone help? I use a digital SLR and the document size of my photo in PS Elements is 10.027 x 6.667. I would like to print out 5 x7. What is the best way to do this? When I try to resize the image and crop to the size I want the crop tool does not allow me to crop to a 5×7.

You can adjust your ppi by image>resize>image size to get close to your 5×7 prior to cropping.
You can use the rectangular marquee tool set to: style-fixed size

width-7 in

height-5 in
Click within your image and then go to image>crop.
Just one of many ways to get you where you want to go.
