Design Cental replaces Open in Camera Raw in Bridge

I have NEF (RAW)files that I just brought into my computer. When I select the file and then right click to get Open In Camera RAW the option is missing from the menu. Instead, in it’s place is something called Design Central????? I clicked on it to see what gives and it goes through an installation process. When it finished the screen shows a actual size iPod of a calulator???
What happened to the Open In Raw option???
