Cannot Copy and Paste from Browser to CS3

Ever since I installed CS3, I cannot copy and paste from a browser into Photoshop….If go to create a new document it opens from my last Clipboard within Photoshop. I opened up CS2 and it worked fine but not in CS3.

Copy and paste what?

Copy and paste an image from a browser into PHotoshop. I loaded up CS@ and it worked fine. But, after I re-booted things worked ok in CS3. I suspect a slight bug.
