Trying to create a frame for a picture

I’m trying to create a frame like the one in the following pic:

I’m using Photoshop cs3 and looking some directions on how to create this effect.

Make 3 superimposed rectangles.

Put a drop shadow under the white one.

Merge them into one layer.

Squash them with the Transform > Warp tool

Rotate them to a rakish angle with Transform > Rotate.

Select the inner one and using "Paste Into", put the baby picture (which you have copied to the clipboard) into the selection.

Use the Free Transform to size and position it in the space.
