Buffer overrun when starting Bridge in Windows XP pro

Since a few days I cannot start Bridge anymore. I am using photoshop CS2, Windows XP professional service pack 2.
I have already uninstalled and again installed CS2. Also scanned my computer on virusses. Somebody knows how to fix this?
