Bridge CS4 won’t open my CR2 files. Any ideas on how I can solve this WITHOUT Converting the files to DNG?
Thanks!

Have you installed the latest version of ACR (ACR 5.3 beta). It is totally reliable.

But which camera are you using because it may not be one of the ones that ACR supports?

Yes, I have the latest ACR and it still does not allow me to preview .CR2 files in Bridge CS4. The .CR2 files are coming from the Canon 5D Mark II.
Any ideas?

Any ideas?

Yeah, post the question in the correct forum…

or…

Mac Bridge Forum <http://www.adobeforums.com/cgi-bin/webx?14@@.3bba3d51>

Oh, also try purging the cache for the folder and if that doesn’t work, you don’t have Camera Raw correctly…

Check that you have installed the ACR 5.3 plug-in in the correct location.

But this discussion has nothing to do with Photoshop and you really should be posting in the ACR Forum as I suggested previously.
