Using CS3 on Win XP Pro with an HP 8250 Photosmart printer. Using HP ink and the best HP paper.
I was under an impression that one should leave the print setting for rendering intent at relative colormetric. But tonight, when I couldn’t get a print to priint out
accurately, I tried different rendering intent settings. I found that on at least two photos, absolute colormetric gave more accurate results.
How do people use the rendering intent settings? Do you find they make a big differennce? Is "relative colormetric" the usual, or default setting?
Thanks.
Louise
