Newbie Questions About Elements and Album

Does anyone know if either program has the following capabilities? (1) Can print a contact sheet.
(2) Can find duplicate images in a file using "fuzzy logic" or other method. (Images may have different file names.)
I have not yet purchased these but wanted to know in advance. Thanks.
