International _Prohibition_ Symbol – Overlay/Plug-in?

I’m looking for a simple way to overlay the ‘Prohibition’ symbol (http://www.ecomo.or.jp/symbols_english/page16.html) over a picture in Photoshop.

I would imagine there must be a simple plug-in, but damn if I can’t locate one.

Could someone please point me in the right direction?

Just put the symbol on its own layer, select the white background areas and delete them. Or, just draw the symbol yourself. A circle and a line; how hard can it be? No plug-in required.

If you have PS 7, the Custom Shapes tool has it. Select the prohibiton symbol from the drop-down list of shapes in the options bar.

For a perfect circle, just hold down the Shift key while dragging the mouse.
