I have PE 1.
I am trying to edit a smal (50×50 pixel) gif, using the pencil tool. I do not seem to be able to pick a color. The pencil is not using the foregournd color. At first, the pencil did not change the color in the image at all. After resizing, closing PE, and re-opening, the pencil was then using the color from an area that I had previously copied with the move tool. It sill will not use the foreground color.
What am I missing?
