E-mail share and internet connection

When I try to send email from PE3 using the Adobe mail client, I get an error saying that I do not have an internet connection. I have seen other people post about this, but don’t see a clear answer to the problem. I use Eudora to read my email, have a broadband connection by cable modem, and seem to have no other problems accessing the internet with other programs. Anyone have a suggestion that could help me on this one?
