How can I decrease the space between letters in PE?

Barbara, thanks for the Asian tool tip, but it’s still too wide. I tried Ctrl-Alt-Shift on startup, but nothing comes up asking me to confirm the pref reset…

If that’s not enough, there’s nothing to do but put each letter on a separate layer. Sorry.

It does sound like you need to reset prefs. On the pc, you need to be fast. If you’re not getting the window, you’re taking too long to get to the keys after you start PE. If you’re using PE 3, do this on starting the editor, not the welcome screen or the organizer.

OK, I held down Ctrl-Alt-Shift and got it to work. Thank you. However, the spacing is still too much. Oh well…
