Hi, I want to print the callibration bars (print preview –> output) on a HP Photosmart B9180 from Photoshop (version doesn’t matter). However, this doesn’t work because the callibration bar is nog highlighted (I can’t click on it). Can anybody help me what to do? Can I install somekind of postscript-emulation? Thanks.

I believe to print calibration bars, crop marks, etc. your have to scale the image smaller than your paper size. I created an 8.5×11 file, drew a box and then went to the print dialog and selected bars, crop marks and labels. Didn’t see anything on the preview.

Then I scaled the page down to 50% and all the printer’s marks were visible. Unfortunately I don’t use Photoshop printer’s marks so I don’t know how to print them without scaling the image.

@ Sid Phillips.
Thanks for the reaction, but I have only problem printing the callibration bar. To print this, the printer has to support postscript and that’s the problem. No I’m looking for a way to print this any-how on the B9180. I thought maybe there is somekind of driver or software (RIP) that can do this. Any help would be welcome.

How about printing to PDF, then printing the PDF on your non-postscript printer?
